Side-Salsa & Guacamole

Salsa

  • 1 can petite diced tomatoes (14 oz) – drained
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded & diced
  • 1/2 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt to taste

Guacamole

  • 3 avocadoes
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne
